Fall Preview

Welcome to our new blog!

The Garage and its staff are hard at work, revamping our venue (have you seen the new paint job?!),  utilizing our social media sites to their greatest potential, as well as booking some awesome bands for the upcoming months!  We have to thank everyone that has been coming to The Garage since it opened and that will continue to come show support in the future.  We are already looking into some shows for the new year to keep the excitement coming.  Keep your eyes peeled and we will announce them as soon as we can!

This blog post will be a preview of some of our fall shows to get everyone pumped up for the shows we already have booked!

Give It Up: CD release show- October 26 $8/$10
Doors 5:00 p.m.
Oh, you already have the digital copy of Heart of Gold?  You should probably come to this show and get the physical copy; hard copies are much better anyway.  This show is coming up pretty quickly!  Along with Give It Up‘s CD release, Eau Claire’s The Picture Perfect will be in town to support, as well as The Roll Call, This Is Breathing and Goodnight Gorillas.

Halloween Hootenanny 2012- October 27 $5/$8
Doors 5:00 p.m.

The Garage’s annual Halloween show is back!  You’ll want to come dressed in your best Halloween costume to enter the costume contest.  This years headliner will be Guardians with support from Royal Ace (last show), Of Virtue, Imperials, The Broken Are Crowned, Every Man A King, and many more.

Leo Presents: Attilla, Make Me Famous, Issues, Ice Nine Kills, Adestria– November 10 $15
Doors 5:00 p.m.//Music 5:30 p.m.

The Garage is proudly hosting Leo Presents Attila when they come through Minnesota on their latest tour.  Attila could be categorized as party metal, if it so exists.  The band comes from Atlanta, Georgia and is currently signed to Artery Recordings.  Make Me Famous and  Issues will be the direct support to the tour.  Issues also comes from Atlanta, is made up of many former members of Woe, Is Me including their vocalist Tyler Carter.   Issues debut album Black Diamonds will be released on November 13 view Rise and Velocity Records.

In addition to Attila and company on the Main Stage, there will also be bands playing in The Lounge including Broken City Skies, Don’t Worry I’m A Doctor, and more.  Be sure to get your tickets in advance!
